Dear Kathy,

I have been meaning to thank you for my mom's beautiful and delicious birthday cake.  Do you know what she told me right before her party?  "I hope someone brings me a birthday cake."  She was so happy when she opened the door and saw the beautiful lily sitting on top of one of Kathy's Infamous Cakes!  I have been referring all our wedding Clients (from Hudson Photographic Artistry) to you!  So far it includes at least two brides.  I tell them what a wonderful vender you are to work with and about how delicious and gorgeous your cakes are.  I really do believe that God has blessed your talents and I thank you for praising the Lord in EVERYTHING you do.

The wedding, cake, and honeymoon were like dreams!! I can't explain how beautiful everything turned out. Unfortunately, our cake was SO good that Michael and I really didn't get to try the red velvet, but were able to try a little bit of the French vanilla when we made the first cut and fed each other little pieces ....yummie!  Kathy, the cake was so picture perfect. The fountain turned out so great. Michael was totally impressed with how red the water was. It was a great day and a great cake. Thank you very much for everything,

I highly recommend Kathy's Creative Cakes! We were able to do a cake tasting, where we saw miniature examples of what our cake would look like. She provided multiple samples of cake flavors as well as icing and fillings. The overall result was a beautiful, delicious cake. It was almost entirely gone by the end of the reception-a great sign! She also stayed to cut the cake, which I didn't originally request, but it worked out so much better this way. Kathy is a sweet, giving person that puts love and care into her work and into her cakes! A terrific value.

I wanted to take this moment to thank Kathy for the wonderful birthday cakes has made for my children's birthday parties.  Kathy really outdoes herself on the cakes.  For my daughter's birthday, she made a wonderful princess cake shaped with all the trimmings.  There were people from other kids' birthday parties coming over to our table to comment on what a fantastic cake we had.  For our son's birthday, Kathy equally special Spiderman cake.  Not only are the cakes great to look at they're even better to eat!  Kathy always works to really put a [personal touch on the cakes she makes.  She takes great care to create a work of excellence that has love in every bite.  Thanks Kathy!

I'm a friend of Kathy and Jim Reese from when they lived here in Park City, Utah.

Being a musician, I had more occasion to know Jim's talents than I did Kathy's....that is, until I had a chance to see what magic she can work on a cake.  

In my opinion, Kathy goes beyond what even a fine bakery can do.  The reason?  She weaves a little of her own heart into each cake.  I've never seen two cakes that even resemble each other.  She seems to create each cake based on what she knows and loves about the people for whom she bakes.  I'm not exaggerating when I say her cakes take one's breath away with their elegant beauty.

But that's not the only thing that makes Kathy's cakes exemplary.  Oh my goodness....they taste like the food of angels!  I don't know what she does, but somehow she creates a rich, moist, fruity taste in her cakes that causes people to overcome their shyness about such requests....and ask for a second slice.  I've seen that happen on numerous occasions, but only when it's a "Kathy Cake."

I hope this letter is helpful in securing her some new customers.  I know they'll be pleased.

When my husband and I got engaged in June 2006, I had a very specific idea of what kind of wedding I wanted. I told Kathy I envisioned an Asian-themed wedding and wanted a cake with cherry blossoms on it. When Kathy showed me the flowers she started to make, I was blown away. It was exactly what I wanted. When the wedding date came, the cake of my dreams was sitting there. It was so beautiful. And delicious! People still talk about the Pink champagne with raspberry (filling) cake. Kathy truly is gifted in cake making and decorating. She listened to what I wanted and delivered my dream. She is professional, dedicated and a wonderful cake decorator. I would recommend her to anyone, in fact, I have.
