Cake
Themes
Kathy does cakes with the highest quality
themes. She will not do pornographic themes or any other theme
she finds distasteful.
Deposits
An initial deposit is required at the time of the order,
which is non-refundable.
Alterations to
Orders
Any alterations to the original
order must be confirmed in writing, and may be subject to an additional
charge. Late amendments to orders are often possible and every
effort will be made to accommodate changes, but these cannot be
guaranteed.
Rescheduling must be made two months prior to
the cake due
date in writing or the deposit may be forfeited.
Cancellations of
Orders
In the event of cancellation, work
already completed is chargeable.
Final Payment Due
Date
Final
payment must be received two weeks prior to the cake due date.
